Return Policy

At NPC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your robot purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process. You can return your robot within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. Please ensure to include proof of purchase with your return. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
